Do I need to collect physical tickets, or is the QR code enough?

The QR codes you receive after booking serve as confirmation of your reservation only. Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise, these QR codes cannot be used for direct entry. You will need to meet our staff at the designated meeting point, where you will receive your physical tickets to enter the site or museum.

Yes — all our tours and tickets include skip-the-line (hosted entry) access. This means you avoid the long queues and enter directly with your guide, or with the physical ticket provided at the meeting point.

Where is the meeting point for my tour?

Each tour has a specific meeting point, which is clearly stated in your booking confirmation. You'll also find detailed instructions and sometimes even photos to make it easier to locate our staff.

What happens if I arrive late to the tour?

Unfortunately, due to strict entry times at museums and attractions, late arrivals cannot always be accommodated. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth check-in and avoid missing your tour.

Do your tours include free time inside the sites?

Yes — many of our tours allow for some free time after the guided portion. For example, after a Vatican Museums tour, you may continue exploring St. Peter's Basilica on your own. Each tour page specifies if additional free time is included.
