Plan around 1.5 hours. Reserved entrance, the audioguide, the digital map, host assistance and access to St. Peter's Square are all included; the Dome climb is not. The basilica enforces a dress code, no shorts, short skirts or sleeveless tops, and backpacks, strollers and flash photography aren't permitted. Even with reserved entry, security can take up to 45 minutes at peak times. Not suitable for children under 6 or visitors with mobility impairments. Ideal for independent travellers who want the basilica's full story without a fixed group pace.

- Shorts, Short skirts, Sleeveless shirts, Flash photography, Backpacks are not allowed inside the Basilica.
- Even with reserved entrance, during peak season, you may experience a wait of up to 45 minutes to pass the security check.
- Strollers are not permitted inside St. Peter’s Basilica.
- Visitors are required to cover their knees and shoulders. If this dress code is not met, entry will be denied.
- St. Peter’s Dome ticket can be purchased directly inside the basilica for €20 .
- Please be reminded that the meeting time is 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, as entry will be made 15 minutes before the reservation time.

Your host will meet you in front of Café Leonina, located in Piazza della Città Leonina, holding a light blue flag with “Inside Out Italy” written on it. Please be reminded that the meeting time is 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, as entry will be made 15 minutes before the reservation time.
